Scope of Works

Feature Finishes & Front-of-House Upgrades

• Removed the existing cladding and prepared the surface for installation.

• Supplied and installed Acupanel Contemporary Natural Oak Slat Acoustic Panels to the signage reveal and underside, giving a warm, high-end finish.

• Constructed freestanding changing rooms on the shop floor, topped with an oak pelmet to conceal the curtain rails.

• Applied decorative finishes throughout:

  • K-Rend textured effect to two feature walls.

  • Scuffshield emulsion to changing room walls for durability.

  • Vinyl matt emulsion to remaining walls and ceilings.

  • Gloss/eggshell finishes to skirtings and woodwork.

Back-of-House Improvements

• Supplied and installed various racking units with custom shelf layouts.

• Built galvanised key clamp rails, bespoke to the stock layout requirements.

• Enhanced the staff tea point, including:

  • New worktops, sink, base units.

  • Installation of hot and cold water services.

• Installed non-slip vinyl tile flooring in the WC for added safety and hygiene.

Electrical Works

• Supplied power to:

  • Front sign light

  • Lightboxes and internally lit signage

  • Cash desk power and data points

• Replaced faulty fittings and re-lamped all defective bulbs to brighten the space.

Shop Fittings Installation

• Installed all shop fixtures, including:

  • Reinforcements to perimeter walls to ensure secure mounting.

  • Positioning and fitting of all furniture and display units.
