We managed a complex refurbishment across two floors, including meeting rooms, focus booths, open-plan offices, and ancillary spaces. The project involved demolition, partitioning, glazing, joinery, flooring, mechanical and electrical alterations, and full decoration, all coordinated to minimise disruption to ongoing operations.
Partitioning & Doors: Formed new walls, doors, and store rooms; installed frameless and acoustic glass partitions with black aluminium doorframes
Ceilings & Flooring: Suspended ceilings, MF ceilings, carpet and LVT patching, and floor box relocations
Joinery & Fit-Outs: Whiteboards, low-level storage, feature wall cladding, worktops, and timber trims
Mechanical & Electrical: Relocation and installation of lighting, power, AV systems, ductwork, ventilation, and fire alarms
Decoration & Finishes: Vinyl matt emulsion, feature walls, wallpapers, and acoustic panel reinstatement
