Scope of Works
Strip-out: Removal of ceilings, partitions, kitchen, WC cubicles, and fixtures
Structural & Builders Works: New walls, boxing, and draught lobby formation
Feature Wall Finish: Partitioning & Glazed Screens
Ceilings & Decorations: MF ceilings, plasterboard finishes, painting, and feature wallpapers
Timber Wall Cladding & Joinery: Flush wood panels and concealed doors
WC & Plumbing: Wall-hung WCs, sensor taps, Doc M compliance, and full pipework installation
