Project Overview
As part of a full refurbishment at Commercial HQ, we were commissioned to install suspended ceilings throughout the reception, WCs, corridor, and meeting room, including dropped feature bulkheads in the reception. The objective was to create a modern, cohesive ceiling layout that enhanced the space’s aesthetics, accommodated lighting, and maintained access to building services.
Our Team Delivered:

Dropped MF plasterboard bulkheads in the reception, with upstands and reveals for LED lighting integration, adding depth and architectural definition

Cladding to beams and underside of stairs, ensuring smooth transitions and clean junctions

Full MF ceilings across the reception, WCs, corridor, and meeting room, all taped, jointed, and prepared for decoration

Lay-in grid ceiling infill in the meeting room, using 600 x 600mm mineral fibre tiles to provide a neat, level finish

Careful planning and coordination around existing services to maintain access and functionality during installation
Outcome
The completed ceilings delivered a consistent, high-quality finish throughout the refurbished areas. The reception bulkheads created a striking architectural feature, while MF ceilings in WCs, corridors, and the meeting room improved light distribution, acoustic performance, and overall presentation, resulting in a modern, functional and professional interior.
